Linköping, Sweden, December 12, 2023. Entertainment company Graewolv today announced the first-ever gameplay trailer from upcoming co-op horror-shooter VEIL. In this co-op tactical FPS, you play as a modern-day battlemage and team up with other warlocks in the search for knowledge and demonic artifacts. VEIL is available to Wishlist on Steam.

The demonic influence from The Veil creeps in, and the warring factions of Velumgrad bring their power struggle to the brink of full-on war. Guided by the mysterious Elders, you form loosely connected Occult Operator Teams with other warlocks. To satisfy your occult ambition and slake your thirst for forbidden knowledge, you take on deadly missions and explore Velumgrad and its shadow world, The Veil.

At its core Veil is a first person tactical shooter, meaning that it emphasizes Teamwork, and a single bullet - or rending claw - can kill you. But you’re not just a grunt with a gun; to even the odds against numerous and powerful enemies, you make demonic pacts that grant you supernatural powers.
The unique mix of tactical realism and demonic powers in VEIL offers an intriguing narrative and blends in light RPG elements and extraction features, creating the next step in the evolution of co-op tactical shooters. VEIL is an original IP developed internally at Graewolv with the vision to be a trans-media brand, telling stories from its universe across media and platforms, such as games, novels, comic books and linear entertainment.
